County Cider Gift Card
The County Cider Gift Card can be used to purchase any cider or merchandise products on our online store.
Gift Cards cannot be used towards subscriptions or in store purchases.
We process orders within 24 - 48 business hours. You will receive a confirmation when your order has shipped.
Free Local Delivery
We offer Free Local Delivery in Prince Edward County, Bay of Quinte and Kingston regions. Minimum order of $40.
Local Delivery orders are delivered within 2 - 5 business days.
Flat Rate Shipping
We offer Flat Rate Shipping of $10 for all orders. Available across Ontario.
Shipping usually takes 5 - 10 business days to arrive.
We are not able to provide tracking on shipping at this time but we are working with our partner to provide this as soon as possible.
Please note that due to increased shipping demands across our shipping partners, Standard Shipping could be delayed by up to 14 days. We apologize for any inconveniences.
Free Local Pickup
Online ordering for local pickup is suspended at this time. We still offer outside service for those who are not able to come inside the store.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The product was purchased in the last 30 days
The product is in its original packaging
The product isn't used or damaged
You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
