    Owner & General Manager

Jenifer Dean had her first tastes of non-alcoholic cider as a child. Her father was something of an amateur winemaker and it was not uncommon for carboys of wines, beers and even saki to be bubbling away in the basement of their home. After 20 years in the restaurant business, she returned to school to complete the Wine Technology program at Loyalist College. She’s been the General Manager and Cider maker at The County Cider Company since 2000.

She’s also judged North America’s finest ciders at GLINTCAP. This girl is on fire.

  • Dog up on an apple bin

    Farm Ambassador

Dudley took his job of greeting visitors to the farm very seriously. When he was not busy eating apples, napping, running in the orchard, swimming, chasing squirrels or sleeping, he was wagging his tail and licking the faces of everyone he met. His favourite time of day was 6 pm in the tasting room, where he got his treat. We lost Dudley this summer and we miss him dearly. Forever in our hearts.
