JENIFER DEAN
Owner & General Manager

Jenifer is the general manager and one of the talented cider makers of The County Cider Company. Before running The County Cider Company, Jenifer spent 20 years in the restaurant industry and returned to school at Loyalist College, where she completed their Wine Technology program. In 2017, Jenifer took over running The County Cider Company after Grant Howes passed away to keep his legacy alive.

DANNIELLE DAVIDSON
Operations Manager

Dannielle has been a member of The County Cider Company team since 1997. She attended Loyalist College and completed their Biotechnology Technician program. After completing her schooling, Dannielle has moved her way up and has been our Operations Manager for over 7 years now, while also being a judge of North America’s finest ciders at GLINTCAP.

MACKENZIE VANHECKE
Office Co-ordinator & Licensee Services

Born and raised in Prince Edward County, Mackenzie decided to keep her roots in her hometown and started working at The County Cider Company in 2013. Mackenzie brings many skills to the company as our office coordinator and manager of licensee sales, ensuring that our product is available to all cider lovers across Ontario!

DEAN LEWIS
Cider Maker

Dean joined The County Cider Team in 2018 after completing the Biotechnology Technician program at Loyalist College. Dean is a major asset to our production as he is always blending juice, fermenting and bottling, and even sometimes out in the orchard picking apples to produce the ciders that customers know and love!

BRAYDEN THOMPSON
Production Assistant / Delivery Driver

Brayden was born and raised in Prince Edward County and has been a part of The County Cider team since 2020. Brayden is a great help with production, ensuring that kegs are cleaned and helping with bottling and canning, all while making sure that our product is delivered to you as fast as possible and with a smile.

SPENCER HAENNEL
Retail Operations Manager

Born and raised in Prince Edward County, Spencer joined The County Cider Company in 2021. Spencer started in our tasting room and has worked his way up, and has been our Retail Operations Manager for 2 years now. Spencer plays an active role in all operations, events, and overall guest experience while supporting the team where needed. Spencer takes great pride in The County Cider name and the traditions that have been built. He is your guy if you ever have questions about The County Cider Company.
