March in Prince Edward County means one thing, March Maple Madness is back.
As winter begins to fade and maple season kicks into high gear, we’re bringing together everything you love about early spring in the County: bold cider flavours, warm food, crackling fire pits, and cozy taproom vibes overlooking the orchard.
Limited-Edition Maple Releases
This year, we’re introducing two small-batch, maple-inspired ciders you won’t want to miss:
Maple Coffee Cider
Rich, smooth, and slightly sweet with roasted coffee notes layered over fresh County apples and real maple syrup.
Blueberry Maple Pancake Cider
Bright blueberry meets warm maple sweetness with a subtle pancake finish — nostalgic, comforting, and uniquely County.
These flavours are taproom exclusives and available for a limited time. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.
The fire pits will be going all month long. Grab a cider, cozy up, and take in the orchard views while warming up by the flames.

On March 14th & 15th, we’ll be serving fresh paninis during the winter wine festival crafted to complement your cider experience.
